Heat is hard on rubber. In Dubai's climate the air spring (bellow) is the most common failure point on AIRMATIC systems — small cracks let air leak, and the compressor then works overtime until it wears out too. Valve blocks, ride-height sensors and relays follow. A leak repaired early is usually a one-part job; a leak ignored can take the compressor with it.
Most single-corner air spring replacements are completed the same day when the part is in stock; we confirm the timeline in your written quote before work begins.
E-Class (W211/W212/W213), S-Class (W220/W221/W222), GLE/ML, GLS/GL and CLS — sedans and SUVs with AIRMATIC or Airmatic-based semi-active suspension. If you are not sure whether your car has air suspension, send us the VIN on WhatsApp and we will check.
Short distances at low speed may be possible if the car still holds height, but driving on a collapsed corner damages the tyre, bump stops and body mounts. If the car is very low, we recommend recovery or our pickup service.
We offer both genuine and OEM-equivalent options in the written quote, with the price difference shown, and you choose before we start.
We test first. If the compressor failed because of a long-standing leak we fix the leak and replace the compressor; if it is healthy we repair only the leaking part.
