This is a recovery service for cars we are going to inspect and repair. It is not a general towing company, so the rules are simple and the same for every call.

When a recovery is safer than driving

A warning light does not tell you on its own what has failed — that needs testing in the workshop. But some signs mean the safest choice is to stop and have the car recovered rather than drive it in:

Temperature gauge in the red, or steam from the engine bay — switch off; driving on can turn a cooling fault into engine damage
Red oil-pressure warning — stop the engine as soon as it is safe to do so
Brake warning with a soft or sinking pedal
The car will not start, or the gearbox will not select drive or reverse

Your safety comes first: if you are on the road, move to a safe place if you can, switch on the hazard lights and stay away from moving traffic before you message us.

What to send us so the pickup goes smoothly

A location pin, plus the building, tower or parking level if the car is not on the street
Make, model and year — and whether it is all-wheel drive
Whether the car starts, rolls freely and can be steered, and whether the keys are with the car
Basement or low-ceiling parking: tell us, because the recovery truck needs access
A photo of the dashboard and anything you noticed before it stopped — a noise, a smell, a warning

The more we know before the car arrives, the faster the inspection starts. For a planned visit rather than a breakdown, you can also bring the car yourself or contact us to book.

After the car reaches us

A recovered car gets the same process as every car in our workshop. We read the full module network with advanced diagnostic equipment, test the system that failed, and write down what we find with photos. You get the report and an itemized quote — what needs doing now and what can wait. No. Recovery is to our own workshop in Al Quoz Industrial 3, Warehouse 3, where we inspect and repair the car. We do not tow to other destinations.
